Spinach Matador has tender, rounded leaves of good size and with only light blistering making them ideal for both salads raw or in hot cooked dishes. Thanks to its resistance to cold and ease of growing, it is the perfect choice for gardeners wishing for abundant harvests of tasty leaves. Sow from February to September and harvest from April to November.
