CICORIA ROSA
Varietà medio-tardiva con pianta vigorosa e di colore rosa brillante con striature rosa crema. Fogliame folto, croccante e dal sapore dolce. Da consumarsi esclusivamente cruda in abbinamento a molti piatti. Molto resistente al freddo e con possibilità di raccolta per un periodo molto lungo. Si semina nel periodo estivo e la raccolta avviene solitamente da dicembre a gennaio.
CHICORY ROSA (PINK)
Mid-late variety. A vigorous plant with a lovely vivid pink colour and subtle pink markings. The leaves are full, crunchy and sweet and are recommended to eat raw in a vast array of dishes. As it is very resistant to cold, it is possible to have a long harvesting season. Sow in the summer and harvest usually Dec-Jan.
