Annuale. La raccolta delle foglie può iniziare circa due mesi dopo la semina. Le foglie giovani hanno un sapore simile al cetriolo e si utilizzano per aromatizzare insalate. Foglie e fiori secchi sono utilizzati per decotti.
BORAGE
The leaves of this annual plant can be harvested within about 2 months. The young leaves taste very similar to cucumber and are ideal to flavour salads. The dried flowers can be used for preparing teas and to garnish port and fruit salads.
