The Koala dwarf bean is a compact variety that, thanks to its rapid development, is less exposed to pathogens that typically attack the plant during its growth phase. Its thick leaves also act as a natural deterrent against the most common diseases.
Despite its compact habit, the Koala dwarf bean delivers excellent yields in both quantity and quality of pods, with production extending over several months. Being highly robust, the plant does not require support for its growth.
The pods are tender and flavorful and offer excellent nutritional value. They are also well suited for freezing.
