Il Gladiolo ‘Traderhon’ è una varietà ornamentale dal portamento alto e slanciato, caratterizzata da grandi fiori di colore rosso intenso riuniti lungo eleganti spighe erette. Con un’altezza di circa 100 cm, offre un deciso sviluppo verticale ed è indicato per aiuole, bordure e gruppi fioriti.
‘Traderhon’ può essere coltivato in pieno sole o a mezz’ombra ed è adatto anche alla coltivazione in vaso. I bulbi si mettono a dimora da marzo a luglio, a una profondità di circa 10 cm, mantenendo una distanza di 15 cm tra le piante.
La fioritura avviene da luglio a ottobre e dura circa 6 settimane. Gli steli fiorali sono adatti al taglio e permettono di utilizzare i grandi fiori rossi anche per composizioni floreali recise.

Flowering takes place from July to October and lasts for approximately 6 weeks. The flowering stems are suitable for cutting, allowing the large red blooms to be enjoyed in cut-flower arrangements.
