PORCELLANA COMUNE
Annuale. Fusti molto ramificati, striscianti lunghi dai 10 ai 30 cm, spessi, carnosi e lisci che possono essere di colore tendente al rosso scuro. Ha foglie di colore verde brillante, carnose con forma ovale a margine liscio e lunghe fino a 3 cm ottima come aromatizzante per la preparazione di insalate e minestre.
COMMON PURSLANE
Annual herb with very bushy stalk about from 10 to 30 cm in length with thick, succulent leaves which can blush with deep red. The leaves are green, meaty and oval, smooth and about 3 cm long. With a slight peppery lemon flavour, they can be used in salads to soups.
