Pianta aromatica annuale, cespugliosa, che può essere seminata e raccolta durante tutto l’anno. Grazie al suo ciclo breve è perfetta nella rotazione colturale dell’orto, ma si coltiva benissimo anche in vaso, risultando sempre a portata di mano. Essendo poco esigente, si coltiva con facilità. Le foglie si raccolgono giovani, recidendole delicatamente, e si consumano prevalentemente fresche per gustarne appieno il sapore vivace e conservarne le proprietà.

Annual aromatic herb with a bushy habit, suitable for sowing and harvesting throughout the year. Thanks to its short growing cycle, it is ideal for crop rotation in the vegetable garden, while also thriving in pots and remaining conveniently close at hand. Undemanding and easy to grow, it requires very little care. The leaves are harvested young by gently cutting them and are mainly consumed fresh to fully enjoy their lively flavour and preserve their beneficial properties.
