ACETOSA
Pianta perenne e rustica, di facile coltura e generosa nel tempo. Si adatta con facilità ai diversi terreni e richiede poche cure, crescendo bene anche in condizioni meno ideali. Non richiede esposizioni particolarmente luminose, ma il sole ne esalta la caratteristica nota acidula. In cucina è apprezzata fin dall’antichità per insaporire insalate e pietanze, ed è spesso utilizzata come delicato sostituto del limone nelle preparazioni più raffinate.
SORREL
Hardy perennial plant, easy to grow and productive over time. It adapts well to different types of soil and requires little care, thriving even in less favourable conditions. It does not require particularly bright exposure, although sunlight enhances its characteristic tangy flavour. In the kitchen, it has been appreciated since ancient times for flavouring salads and dishes and is often used as a delicate substitute for lemon in more refined preparations.
