CULTIVATED ROCKET ARUGULA
This early rocket/arugula variety distinguishes itself for its resistance to cold and rustic nature. Radiating from a tender central stalk are the serrated dark green leaves prized for their vigorous growth. Its aroma is intense and enjoyable especially when mixed with other leaves to enrich a salad and other dishes where a touch of freshness and character is called for. Sow from February to September and harvest from April to December guaranteeing fresh tasty leaves for much of the season.
