TIMO O PEPOLINO
Erba aromatica perenne, sempreverde e generosa, dal portamento cespuglioso. Estremamente facile da coltivare, si adatta con naturalezza ai diversi terreni e cresce con soddisfazione sia in vaso che in piena terra. In primavera si ricopre di piccoli fiori bianco-rosati, che la rendono apprezzata anche come pianta ornamentale. La raccolta può avvenire durante tutto l’anno, prelevando i rami più teneri da utilizzare freschi in cucina oppure da essiccare per una conservazione più lunga.
THIME
Perennial aromatic herb, evergreen and generous, with a bushy habit. Extremely easy to grow, it naturally adapts to different types of soil and thrives both in pots and in open ground. In spring, it becomes covered with small pinkish-white flowers, making it appreciated as an ornamental plant as well. Harvesting can take place throughout the year by cutting the tenderest sprigs, to be used fresh in the kitchen or dried for longer storage.
